To VOLUNTEER IN THE CLASSROOM or elsewhere on campus:
Bring one of the following to the school office to be scanned anytime between now and May 24th, or during Walk Through Registration on August 6th:
· Drivers License
· State Issued ID, OR
· Mexican Consulate Card
This process allows immediate clearance for volunteering at any site in the district.
To be a FIELD TRIP CHAPERONE:
· In addition to the volunteer process above, complete the volunteer clearance process at Walk-Through Registration on August 6th. It will take two to three weeks for approval.
· If you are a chaperone who is driving a group of students to a field trip in your own vehicle, you will need to submit an insurance clearance form and a copy of the declarations page of your policy showing your coverage amounts. This must be done each year…we shred all insurance policies after the current school year is over.
